CLI​

• Updated the rl-deploy download links and hashes for version 2.6.5

• Updated CLI third-party licenses by removing the Yara license and adding the libexpat license

• Added new Software catalog page where users can view and download all software packages in a Portal organization marked safe to use

• Added support for Docker Hardened Images to the Importing files from URLs section

• Created a page for AI settings where Organization Administrators can manage how built-in AI features are used across their Portal instance
