Uninstall rl-secure

To uninstall rl-secure from your system, delete the contents of the extracted installation package (the rl-secure executable and its dependencies).

If you have previously added rl-secure to your PATH environment variable or modified any other configuration files on your system (for example, to use shell auto-completion), you will have to manually revert those changes.

Note that uninstalling rl-secure does not automatically delete all package store(s), projects, and packages on your system.

To remove all data created by or associated with rl-secure, such as package stores and analysis reports, you can do any of the following:

  • Use the rl-secure remove command before uninstalling the tool.

  • Manually access and delete all such data.

  • Create a script that will automatically find and delete the remaining data.
